Job summary

Boutique House Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru District seeks an experienced Clerk of Work to oversee construction activities and ensure works meet drawings, specs, quality standards and project requirements. Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, Architectural Studies or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Clerk of Work or similar site supervision/quality role.
• Experience in residential or commercial development projects in Malaysia is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, workmanship and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Implement company policies and procedures under the property development system.
• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities to ensure work is efficient and on programme.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, plans and ITPs.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship and progress.
• Issue NCRs/ Site Memos for non-conformances and oversee rectification.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and internal teams on technical matters.
• Assist in VP handover and defect rectification during DLP.
