Job summary

TYT Builders seeks a QA/QC professional to monitor and ensure construction works meet required quality standards at our Johor site. You will conduct inspections, check workmanship and materials, and prepare quality records.

The role requires knowledge of drawings and specifications, ability to work independently, and strong coordination with the site team, contractors, consultants and suppliers to ensure compliance with safety and project procedures.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction or related field.
• Relevant experience in QA/QC within the construction industry.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and specifications.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and manage site quality matters.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure construction works meet required quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and check workmanship and materials.
• Prepare and maintain quality inspection records and reports.
• Identify construction defects and follow up on rectification works.
• Coordinate with site team, contractors, consultants, and suppliers on quality matters.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, safety standards, and relevant procedures.
