Job summary

IJM Land Berhad is seeking a qualified Site Supervisor/Quality Controller to oversee workmanship on development sites in Kuala Lumpur. The role requires ensuring adherence to project specs and QLASSIC standards, with strong coordination across contractors and consultants.

Qualifications

Ability to read architectural/construction drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship standards.
Identify defects and non-conformances on site.
Work with project teams, consultants and contractors to resolve quality issues.
Drive workmanship improvements and ensure compliance with project specs.
Conduct follow-up inspections to confirm defects are resolved.
Ensure all construction works comply with QLASSIC standards and assessment requirements.
Act as liaison between customers and contractors.
Follow up on outstanding issues to ensure timely resolution.
