Job summary

Kejuruteraan Letrik Seri (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Electrical Project Engineer to support the project team in Port Klang. You will ensure construction works adhere to drawings, specs and procedures while coordinating site activities with engineers, consultants and clients.

The role requires 2–3 years in construction, familiarity with M&E systems, and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and may be considered for entry-level roles.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in construction projects.
• Familiar with industrial building M&E systems.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Word, Excel.
• Willing to work outstation for the duration of projects.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support the project team during the project period.
• Ensure all construction works follow Construction Drawing, Specifications, Construction Plan Procedures, Work Instructions and etc.

• Supervise and monitor sub-contractor’s progress at site.

Job description

To assist and support the project team during project period.

To ensure all construction works are carried out as per Construction Drawing, Specifications, Construction Plan Procedures, Work Instructions and etc.

Responsible for the arrangement of site works and related activities.

Liaise with site personnel on the current on-site activities including inspections and site visits. which including to cooperate with other departments, consultants and the client.

Supervise and monitor sub-contractor’s progress work at site.

To conduct Coordination and liaison with consultants, contractors, engineers, architects and authorities.

To assist in all documents, reports and materials take-off.

Ensure timely submittal and accuracy of progress reports.

Requirement

Degree holder in Electrical Engineering or other relevant Engineering fields;

Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in construction projects or any related industry;

Familiar with industrial building Mechanical & Electrical systems;

Possess skills in Project Management, AutoCAD/Microsoft Project/Word/Excel;

Willing to work outstation for the duration of projects;

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills;
