Job summary

VESTLAND RESOURCES SDN BHD is seeking a construction site coordinator to support planning, coordination, and execution of on-site activities in the Kuala Lumpur region. The role requires close collaboration with sub-contractors and the internal team to ensure timely delivery of earthworks, infrastructure, and general building projects.

You will report to the Senior Project Manager on project updates, assist with material planning, inspections, and the maintenance of the site master plan.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Project
• Experience in site planning, coordination and execution of construction projects
• Coordinate with sub-contractors on site work and resolve site issues
• Report to Senior Project/ Project Manager on project updates
• Planning and order material
• Prepare inspection form and inspect according with RE/RTO
• Quality check and control for finished works
• Progress control on structure works
• Control material wastes, down time, rework and waiting time
• Plan and control site works
• Monitor site safety and ensure that all safety requirements are enforced
• Read, execute and maintain site master plan and schedule provided by Structural, Architectural and M&E team
• Ensure quality of work meets requirements of regulatory bodies
• Any other duties assigned by the management or superior
