Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in OSH or related field.
• 3–5 years in site safety supervision in construction.
• Professional certifications such as DOSH or NIOSH.
• Knowledge of Malaysian safety regulations including OSHA 1994.
• Strong communication and leadership to engage site personnel.
• Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections and hazard assessments.
• Develop, implement and monitor safety protocols across sites.
• Provide safety induction and training to personnel and visitors.
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain safety records and compliance reports.
• Liaise with management, project teams and stakeholders on safety objectives.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety meetings.
• Ensure proper PPE use and maintenance.
• Monitor environmental and waste management compliance.
• Support continuous improvement in health, safety and environmental management.
