Job summary

Jobstreet Malaysia in Penang seeks a building management professional to oversee daily operations of a commercial building, coordinate with owners and tenants, and supervise contractors for repairs and maintenance.

You will ensure M&E systems comply with local authority requirements, lead the management team to maintain safety and efficiency, organize AGM and monthly committee meetings, and monitor budgets and maintenance schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a commercial building.
• Assist Owners/Tenants to resolve problems/complaints.
• Coordinate with contractors on repairs, renovations and maintenance.
• Monitor Mechanical and Electrical installations for safe operation and compliance.
• Lead operational support to the management team to maintain safety, cleanliness, efficiency and professionalism.
• Organise yearly AGM for Management Corporation and ensure documentation is in order.
• Prepare and monitor operating budgets, quotations, expenditures and maintenance costs.
• Plan and ensure periodic maintenance is carried out on time.
• Organise Monthly Management Corporation Committee meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting.
