Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of multiple properties.
• Ensure properties are well-maintained, safe and regulatory compliant.
• Monitor service quality from managers and service providers.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental requirements are met.
• Manage risk assessments, insurance matters and emergency plans.
• Oversee contractors and service providers and contract execution.
• Review vendor costs and negotiate favorable terms.
• Attend committee meetings, prepare monthly reports and track action plans.
• Record meeting minutes and liaise with JMC/MC on common property matters.
• Represent the organisation at Tribunal hearings and related proceedings.
