Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the cleaning-related industry.
• Understanding of cleaning-related services and standards.
• Proficiency in basic computer software (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to analyze costs and project operating costs.
• Excellent planning, organization and prioritization skills.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement operational procedures and standards.
• Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisor/team leader and crew.
• Coordinate inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met.
• Review scope of work as specified in the Service Agreement with client.
• Set up new contract requirements, including time estimates, staffing, materials, equipment and costs.
• Represent ETC Cleaning Services Sdn Bhd positively to clients.
• Supervise and evaluate staff; manage performance, training, and grievances.
• Carry out ad-hoc assignments from management.
