Job summary

ETC Cleaning Services Sdn Bhd is seeking an Operations Supervisor to manage activities across multiple sites and coordinate housekeeping teams while upholding cleaning standards. You will oversee inspections, review service scopes, and establish cost estimates, staffing, and equipment needs for new contracts.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage budgets and schedules, ensuring QHSE compliance and KPI achievement across sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Proven ability to plan, coordinate and supervise housekeeping operations.

Responsibilities

• Establish and/or implement operating procedures and standards.
• Plan and coordinate activities of the housekeeping supervisor/team leader and their crew.
• Coordinate inspections and inspect assigned areas to ensure cleaning standards are met.
• Review detailed scope of work as specified in the Service Agreement with the client.
• Set up new contract requirements, including time estimates, staffing, materials, equipment and costs.
• Consistently presents ETC Cleaning Services Sdn Bhd and its services positively to the client.
• Supervise and evaluate the work of employees; recommend personnel actions related to selection, disciplinary procedures, performance, training and development, leaves of absence, grievance to HR.
• Carry out any other assignment as assigned by management.
• General QHSE management and monitoring and ensure all sites KPI's are achieved.
• Any other ad-hoc assignments from time to time as assigned by Management.
