Job summary

Sena Traffic Systems Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily site activities for building, renovation, M&E, ELV, system and network projects in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. Responsible for safety, quality and timely completion, you will lead workers, subcontractors and engineers on-site.

The ideal candidate will ensure work complies with drawings, specs and schedules, while managing resources and maintaining detailed site records for project success.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience with building, renovation, M&E, ELV, system and network projects preferred.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for building, renovation, M&E, ELV, system and network works.
• Coordinate workers, subcontractors and engineers to meet schedule and quality targets.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and safety requirements.
• Monitor materials, equipment, and site progress to minimise waste.
• Maintain daily site records and progress reporting.
• Identify and elevate issues to Project Engineer/Manager for action.
• Read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings and specs.
