Job summary

Private Advertiser in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee mechanical, electrical, sanitary and domestic systems and ensure they operate in good condition. You will plan daily, weekly and monthly activities and coordinate with sub-contractors to maintain high quality standards on site.

You will handle on-site inspections with consultants, prepare daily records, and perform fabrication or modification work as required, while carrying out any other duties assigned by the PIC.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all system - mechanical, air conditioning, electrical, sanitary and domestic are in good working condition
• Plan and supervise daily, weekly and monthly system and mechanical operations
• Handle complaints pertaining to mechanical and electrical system
• Perform fabrication and modification work (electrical wiring, equipment installations etc)
• To supervise and organise works of Sub-contractors and other site works
• To prepare daily site records and reports
• Arranging and supervising of work activities and checking of works to ensure high quality standards achieved
• To liaise with consultants on day to day inspection on site
• Any other duties that may be assigned by PIC from time to time.
