Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory or senior technical experience.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and maintenance procedures.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management practices.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate on-site M&E teams to meet project specs and safety.
• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of M&E systems.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks against standards and contracts.
• Prepare daily reports, progress schedules, and technical records.
• Manage inventory and procurement of M&E materials and parts.
• Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders on status and issues.
• Identify improvements to enhance efficiency and system performance.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.
