Job summary

SANDSCO SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to manage and supervise daily site operations, ensuring projects run smoothly and on schedule. The role requires coordinating manpower, machinery, and materials, solving on-site issues, and upholding safety standards.

You will liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors, prepare progress reports, and attend site meetings to communicate project status and upcoming requirements. Willingness to travel to project sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in site supervision, site management, or construction project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily site operations to ensure smooth project execution.
• Plan and monitor work schedules to ensure projects are completed within the agreed timelines.
• Coordinate machinery, equipment, and material deliveries to the site according to project requirements.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and other relevant parties to coordinate site activities and resolve project-related issues.
• Attend site meetings to discuss project progress, work schedules, and site requirements.
• Monitor project progress and ensure all work is carried out according to project specifications and requirements.
• Coordinate manpower, machinery, equipment, and other resources to ensure efficient site operations.
• Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly to minimise delays and disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and maintain a safe working environment.
• Prepare site progress reports and provide regular updates to management and relevant parties.
