Job summary

The candidate will supervise workers and subcontractors, ensure safety compliance, maintain site documentation, and provide regular progress reports. The position requires active coordination with project teams and stakeholders on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing daily site operations.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and monitor project progress against schedule.
• Experience supervising workers, subcontractors, and site supervisors.
• Ensure construction work meets quality standards and specifications.
• Monitor site resources for efficient utilization.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections and identify delays or defects.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project costs, control wastage, and ensure work is within the approved budget.
• Attend site meetings and provide updates on progress, manpower, materials and challenges.
• Ensure proper site documentation and maintain records and reports.
• Keep site clean, organized and compliant with company requirements.
