Job summary

Tenaga Warisan Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to lead and coordinate the cleaning staff, ensuring hygiene and safety standards are met while managing daily schedules and inventories. The role acts as a bridge between management and cleaning workers.

You will arrange rosters, train new staff, monitor attendance, inspect areas for compliance, and oversee stock of supplies and equipment to maintain safe, efficient operations on site.

Responsibilities

• Arrange work schedules, provide daily task assignments (roster), train new workers, and monitor discipline and attendance
• Inspect cleaned areas regularly to ensure they comply with hygiene standards and disinfection protocols
• Monitor and manage stock of cleaning supplies and ensure cleaning equipment is maintained safely and adequately
• Ensure workers comply with Occupational Safety and Health guidelines and wear correct personal protective equipment
• Handle customer complaints, resolve workplace conflicts, and report any facility damage to management
