ZAHHAZ DINAMIK Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day cleaning operations at client sites, build strong relationships with clients and building representatives, and address feedback and issues promptly.

This role involves supervising local and foreign cleaning teams, ensuring service standards, coordinating attendance and deployment, and producing basic operational reports for management.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma/Degree in any relevant field or equivalent working experience.
• Experience in cleaning services, housekeeping, facilities management or site operations will be an advantage.
• Basic supervisory experience in the cleaning services industry will be an added advantage.
• Comfortable managing and communicating with local and foreign workers.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in dealing with clients.
• Proactive, responsible and able to work independently.
• Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Possess own transport and a valid driving licence.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
