Job summary

Jaringan Jaya Solution (M) Sdn. Bhd. provides commercial and industrial cleaning, engineering and maintenance services throughout the Northern Region of Malaysia.

Jaringan Jaya Solution is seeking a hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee cleaners across Penang, Kedah and nearby areas. You will supervise at multiple client sites, ensure cleaning quality meets standards and communicate with clients to address requirements and issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning services, housekeeping, facilities management or site supervision preferred.
• Ability to manage and communicate with cleaners from diverse backgrounds.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge is an advantage.
• Responsible, disciplined and able to work independently.
• Must have own transport and valid driving licence.
• Willing to travel between sites in Penang, Kedah and nearby areas.
• Willing to attend sites early morning, after working hours or weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cleaners at multiple client sites
• Conduct regular site visits and ensure cleaning quality meets company and client standards
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, uniform and discipline
• Arrange manpower and replacement cleaners for absent staff
• Prepare daily manpower and site updates
• Communicate with clients regarding cleaning requirements, complaints and site issues
• Train and guide cleaners on proper cleaning methods and chemical usage
• Check cleaning chemicals, machinery, tools and equipment at each site
• Coordinate periodic and ad-hoc cleaning works such as carpet cleaning, floor scrubbing, high-level cleaning and deep cleaning
• Ensure all assigned sites are properly maintained and client complaints are followed up promptly
