Job summary

System Care Sdn Bhd, based in Kuala Lumpur, seeks an experienced Operations Executive to plan and mobilize cleaning teams, supervise supervisors, and ensure daily, weekly and monthly schedules are executed to the highest standard.

You will monitor safety, hygiene, and chemical handling, prepare monthly client reports, and strive to meet KPIs while coordinating with clients across Klang Valley. A Diploma or higher and 5+ years in housekeeping operations are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Diploma or higher.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Good knowledge in housekeeping processes and procedures.
• Attention to detail and resourcefulness.
• Able to work independently and collaborate with the team.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication in Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Knowledge of safe handling of chemicals, including dilution and storage.
• Experience in machine handling and first-level troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of HSE is advantageous.
• Able to travel within Klang Valley.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and deploy manpower for new projects.
• Prepare and present project mobilization plans for new clients.
• Oversee demobilisation at contract end.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules.
• Train Supervisors to follow schedules and SOPs.
• Conduct regular inspections and cleaning audits at client sites.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Meet clients monthly and prepare meeting summaries.
• Meet and exceed client expectations and requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies.
• Monitor staff grooming, discipline and performance.
• Submit weekly reports to Operations Manager.
• Achieve KPIs and operations objectives.
• Prepare and submit monthly client reports.
• Mobilize manpower as needed.
• Brief and train cleaning crew on SOPs and hygiene standards.
• Ensure cleaning equipment is functional and well maintained.
• Maintain records of chemical inventories and movements.
• Respond promptly to issues and escalate when needed.
• Attend site visits for prospective clients.
