Job summary

• Extensive knowledge of Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering philosophies and processes.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 3–5 years of related experience in electronics manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, communication and change-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview and hire Industrial Engineers, Process, Manufacturing and Project Engineers.
• Coach and mentor IE staff to deliver excellence to internal and external customers.
• Establish measurable goals and drive improvements in operational metrics.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on execution of strategy and cost trends.
• Lead large teams through crises and ensure fair recognition and rewards.
