Job summary

Jabil, Batu Kawan Penang, seeks an Industrial Engineering Manager to lead planning, design, and management of production and service delivery systems. You will drive profitability, reliability, and cost control while advancing continuous improvement across the site.

Key duties include establishing IE strategies, mentoring engineers, recruiting talent, and standardizing processes (SAP, MES). Strong leadership and change-management experience are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or Production Engineering.
• MS in Industrial Engineering or MBA preferred.
• Lean Silver Certificate or Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and clearly communicate IE strategies globally and regionally.
• Coach, mentor and train IE staff within the site.
• Recruit and retain IE talent within Batu Kawan Penang.
• Report and drive improvements through site KPIs and forecasts.
• Standardize Jabil processes site-wide per global/ regional direction.
• Develop and maintain site process flow charts and IE forecasts.
