Inta Bina Sdn Bhd is seeking a senior project manager to oversee planning, budgeting and coordination for high-rise construction projects. You will lead a team, ensure quality and timely delivery, and manage contractual and claims issues on site.

The role requires a Civil/Engineering degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience, with a background in managing complex projects and meeting contractual obligations. A strong leadership presence is essential for success.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of work experience in the related field with exposure to building high-rise buildings.
• Candidate must possess a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's/Professional degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Ability to lead project independently with systematic and methodical follow-up on schedules.

Responsibilities

• Overall project planning and coordination to meet standards, quality, and schedules.
• Work with management to establish and control project budget, claims, and manpower planning.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, specifications, and contractual obligations on site.
• Integrate efforts of all contributors on the projects.
• Follow up on contracts administration, construction claims and contractual issues.
• Prepare and execute Project Implementation Plan and Project Quality Plan.
