Job summary

Jasmurni Development Sdn Bhd, a long-established main contractor with 30+ years in building construction, invites a passionate team player to join our growing company.

You will supervise workers, coordinate with clients and sub-contractors, study construction drawings, handle documentation, and ensure quality and timely progress. Familiarity with AutoCAD, Excel, and drawing reading is required; long hours may apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in main contractor projects.
• Familiar with building construction (structural and architectural).
• Proactive, independent and passionate.
• Able to prioritise work and long hours.

Responsibilities

• Proper sequence of work (Structural & Architectural).
• Supervise workers; ensure works carried out as required.

Scope of Work:

Proper sequence of work (Structural & Architectural).

Supervise workers; ensure works carried out as required.

Co-ordinate with client on Technical issues.

Co-ordinate with sub-contractors and ensuring in meeting targeted work progress.

Checking on quality works and conduct inspections.

Handles documentations and submission.

Attend meeting (if required).

Proficient in study construction drawings and good knowledge of building construction.

Logistic:-

Checking material deliveries and putting in orders.

Coordinate material logistic and arrangement.

Documentations and records as per ISO & 5S system.

Familiar with material specifications.
