Job summary

BWC Construction Sdn Bhd in Malaysia invites applications from civil engineers with Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure, Construction Management or related fields. Entry level or 2+ years in infrastructure projects; candidates should be highly motivated with leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, and solid knowledge of construction standards.

On-site management, progress reporting, adherence to plans, safety procedures, and the ability to resolve

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure, Construction Management or any related field.
• Entry level and above or at least 2 years experience in infrastructure related projects.
• Highly motivated with strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standard.

• Ensures construction work is carried out according to plans and specifications.
• Ensures work quality meets standards and safety procedures are followed.

• Manage on site work progress, schedule, and ensures work quality meets standards and safety procedures are followed.
• Ensure all materials use and works are carried out in accordance to specification of drawing and also hitting projected time schedule.
• Daily reporting via whatsapp group on site progress picture and also documentation.
• Job scope varies according to site situation and shall subject to changes accordingly.
