GREENEARTH LANDMARK SDN. BHD. is seeking a Civil Engineer to supervise on-site construction activities, ensure alignment with drawings, specifications and schedules, and liaise with clients and contractors.
The role requires strong leadership, communication and project management skills, with 3-5 years of relevant experience in water/wastewater or related projects. The candidate should be a BEM-registered engineer with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and proficient in AutoCAD and MS
Supervise and monitor construction activities on site to ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and project schedules.
Review and verify contractors' work progress, quality of workmanship, and compliance with project requirements.
Coordinate and liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities on technical and site-related matters.
Conduct regular site inspections and provide technical guidance to resolve issues arising during project execution.
Monitor compliance with quality assurance, health, safety, and environmental requirements.
Review and verify inspection reports, test results, and project documentation.
Prepare site progress reports, technical reports, and project updates to consultant Director.
Witness testing, commissioning, and handover activities to ensure compliance with project specifications.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, local authority requirements, engineering standards, and statutory requirements.
Assist in contract administration and project performance monitoring.
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM).
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction, infrastructure, Water Treatment Plant (WTP), Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), or related engineering projects.
Strong knowledge of site supervision, construction practices, contract administration, and project management.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCad and relevant software applications.
