Job summary

CCG Builders Sdn Bhd is seeking a hands-on Site Engineer to join our project team in Malaysia. You will supervise and coordinate daily site activities, ensuring works follow drawings, specs, and schedules while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have a Civil Engineering or Construction Management Diploma/Degree with 1–3 years of site supervision experience. Fresh graduates with strong learning attitude are welcome to apply; own transport and a valid driving license are

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 1–3 years working experience in construction site supervision.
• Fresh graduates with strong learning attitude are encouraged to apply.
• Able to read construction drawings and technical documents.
• Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and willing to work on-site.
• Possess own transport and valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site construction activities.
• Ensure works are executed according to drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
• Monitor site progress, productivity, and workmanship quality.
• Coordinate with main contractor, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Coordinate construction drawings, shop drawings, and revisions with main contractors and subcontractors.
• Prepare and maintain proper site documentation.
• Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Identify and resolve technical or site issues efficiently.
