Job summary

LAW TIONG SENG DEVELOPMENT SDN. BHD. in Malaysia seeks a Site Supervisor to oversee daily site activities, ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications and schedules, and coordinate workers, subcontractors and suppliers.

You will monitor progress, uphold quality and safety standards, read drawings, manage materials and field reports, and travel to project sites as required. Fresh graduates may apply with willingness to learn; a driving licence is preferred.

Qualifications

• Certificate, Diploma or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Able to read and understand construction drawings and technical specs.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and learn on the job.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work follows drawings, specs and schedules.
• Coordinate and supervise site workers, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor progress and ensure completion within agreed timeline.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations and project requirements.
• Inspect delivered materials for compliance with specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers and authorities on site matters.
• Prepare daily site reports and progress updates.
• Identify and report site issues, delays or defects.
• Monitor use of materials, equipment and manpower to minimise wastage.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and site safety compliance.
