Job summary

Fuchi, based in Subang Jaya, Malaysia, seeks a Project Site Supervisor with a Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and at least 2 years of site supervision experience. The role requires reading and interpreting drawings, strong planning, coordination, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities include managing project execution, coordinating with site teams and consultants, tracking progress and budgets, and preparing reports.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction site supervision or site engineering.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, and coordination.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Good organisational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of project management tools is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with contractors, and consultants.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Able to manage project execution, coordination, and timeline.
• Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and consultants for smooth project execution.
• Track project progress, timelines, and budgets.
• Prepare and maintain project reports, schedules, and documentation.
• Identify potential delays or issues and recommend appropriate course of action.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Assist Project Manager with daily planning, procurement, material coordination, and resource planning.
