Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Site Supervisor with a Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field to oversee building projects. Candidate should have 2–3 years of experience, ability to read drawings, and coordinate on-site activities.

Willing to be based at Banting, Selangor or Kuala Nerus, Terengganu. Responsibilities include supervising daily site activities, monitoring progress, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with drawings and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in building construction projects. Experience in earthwork is an added advantage.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of level survey is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of site supervision, construction methods and site coordination.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to be based at project sites in Banting, Selangor or Kuala Nerus, Terengganu.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities.
• Monitor work progress to ensure timely project completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants and the main contractor.
• Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Prepare daily site reports and attend site meetings.
• Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and company procedures.
