• Manage and oversee subcontractors and general workers, ensuring adherence to project planning and monitoring work progress.
• Attend all meetings and inspections related to the project.
• Conduct regular inspections of construction sites to ensure compliance with construction drawings and engineer instructions.
• Perform additional duties or tasks assigned by superiors as required.
