Job summary

ATW Technology Co. is seeking a field automation engineer in Shah Alam, Malaysia, responsible for commissioning, maintenance, and repair of non-standard automation equipment used in the photovoltaic industry.

This role requires extensive on-site travel and strong English communication, with priority given to candidates with PLC knowledge (Siemens, Omron) and a Bachelor’s degree in Automation or related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in Automation or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with non-standard automation equipment (excluding operational or basic wiring roles).
• Willingness to travel extensively for on-site service (long-term business trips required).
• Proven leadership or team management experience is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in English and knowledge of PLC systems (e.g., Siemens, Omron) is preferred.
