Key Responsibilities

Systems Commissioning and Configuration

• Execute the installation and deployment of automated machinery in strict accordance with engineering schematics and technical specifications.

• Perform preliminary evaluations and rigorous inspections to verify operational integrity and regulatory safety compliance.

Diagnostics, Testing, and Troubleshooting

• Conduct comprehensive functional assessments, performance validation protocols, and technical troubleshooting for advanced automation systems.

• Analyze and remediate complex technical anomalies across mechanical, electrical, and control system architectures.

Technical Documentation and Reporting

• Document meticulous and exhaustive records regarding commissioning phases, diagnostic outcomes, and equipment operational metrics.

• Author formal commissioning reports and structured technical dossiers for internal governance and client review.

Quality Assurance Frameworks

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Mandarin / Chinese language (both spoken and written) is required to liaise effectively with key stakeholders and technical teams based in China.

• Technical Skills: Advanced comprehension of electro-mechanical systems, encompassing Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), industrial motors, sensory networks, and actuation mechanisms.

• Schematic Literacy: Proficient capability in deciphering complex engineering schematics, blueprints, and highly technical reference documentation.
