Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan the site activities from start to end of project.
• Fix design discrepancies, material shortages, or ground conditions on site.
• Monitor daily labor, coordinate with architects or consultants, and track progress.
• Set out and check level using auto/dumpy level.
• Act as the main technical advisor for subcontractors, craftspeople, and workers on site.
• Check plans, drawings, and quantities, and test materials to maintain standards.
• Enforce health and safety regulations and inspect the site for hazards.
• Keep detailed site diaries, daily progress reports, and material logs.

Role Description

The Site Engineer will manage the technical and daily execution of construction projects to ensure work on time and matches design plans, safety rules, and schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan: Plan the site activities from start to end of project.
• Problem Solving: Fix design discrepancies, material shortages, or unexpected ground conditions on site.
• Supervision & Coordination: Monitor daily labor forces, coordinate with architects or consultants, and track progress.
• Site Surveying & Layout: Set out and check level using auto/dumpy level.
• Technical Guidance: Act as the main technical advisor for subcontractors, craftspeople, and workers on site.
• Quality Control: Check plans, drawings, and quantities, and test materials to maintain standards.
• Safety Management: Enforce health and safety regulations and inspect the site for hazards.
