Job summary

The role requires a minimum of 1 year of hands-on field experience with strong AutoCAD and project management skills, and a drive to work under pressure in a fast-paced site environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in site supervision or construction engineering.
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, or basic surveying equipment.
• Solid understanding of building codes, safety guidelines, and local permit regulations.
• Strong communication, active problem-solving, and team coordination capabilities.
• Valid driving license and willingness to work flexible site hours and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities and monitor subcontractor progress
• Provide technical guidance and resolve immediate engineering issues on-site
• Survey, level, and establish site boundaries and building grid lines
• Interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications for accuracy
• Conduct material testing and site inspections to ensure quality benchmarks
• Enforce occupational health and safety regulations to ensure a safe workspace
• Maintain precise site diaries, documentation and weekly progress reports
