Qualifications

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (BEM preferred).
• 1–3 years of civil maintenance experience in petrochemical/heavy industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of concrete repair, structural works, and building maintenance.
• Familiar with plant safety procedures, PTW and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise civil and structural (C&S) maintenance and repair works within the plant
• Conduct site inspections and prepare reports on civil, structural, and building assessments
• Prepare method statements, risk assessments, and job safety analyses (JSA) for all civil activities
• Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety procedures
• Supervise site activities including concrete repair, grouting, waterproofing, and building maintenance works
• Coordinate with client representatives and other disciplines (mechanical, piping, E&I) during daily operations and shutdown activities
• Monitor manpower, material usage, and work progress to ensure timely and quality completion
• Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and work completion records
• Enforce compliance with plant safety rules, PTW systems, and confined space entry requirements
• Support shutdown and turnaround works

About you

Familiar with plant safety procedures, PTW, and risk assessment practices

Good communication and coordination skills with client and site teams
