Job summary

• Experience in site supervision for civil construction projects.
• Knowledge of earthworks, foundations and retaining walls.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to project specifications
• Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements
• Preparing detailed engineering drawings, plans, and specifications
• Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to coordinate project timelines and resolve any issues that may arise
• Collaborate with purchasing team to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to the site
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, site diaries, and quality control records
• Able to work with minimal supervision, fast learner, self-starter, have a good sense of responsibilities
• Strong work ethic and self-motivated to complete task

This full-time Site Engineer role at GURORI SDN. BHD. is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects at Goh Tong Jaya, Genting Highlands & Kuala Lumpur area. Reporting to the senior management team, you will play a strategic role in ensuring projects are completed on time, to budget and to the highest quality standards.

Must be experienced in handling substructure projects, which include deep understanding earthworks, foundations, retaining walls and infrastructure works.
