Job summary

Woh Hup Group is seeking a Site Supervisor in Malaysia to assist the Site Engineer by coordinating with sub-contractors and workers and ensuring workmanship aligns with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Responsibilities include studying drawings, coordinating methods and sequencing, monitoring progress and safety, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to meet schedules.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of building and/or civil engineering experience; data center experience is a plus.
• Familiar with relevant drawings, specifications and details.

Responsibilities

• Check and study drawings before disseminating information to sub-contractors and workers.
• Liaise with sub-contractors on work methods and sequencing.
• Coordinate and monitor progress, quality of workmanship and contract compliance.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety at site for subcontractors and workers.
• Assist in manpower and resource planning, daily man-hour tracking, and site issue coordination.
• Coordinate delivery of materials/equipment to keep construction on schedule.
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure work meets specifications and quality.
• Adhere to workplace safety practices.
