Job summary

Woh Hup Group is hiring a Site Supervisor (Architectural) to support the Site Superintendent on architectural works, ensuring compliance with drawings, specs and quality requirements on site in Malaysia.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of Building or Civil Engineering experience, familiarity with architectural drawings and safety standards, and has completed at least one building project. Strong coordination and communication with subcontractors and the project team are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in Building or Civil Engineering projects.
• Must have completed at least 1 building project.
• Familiar with architectural drawings, specifications, and construction details.
• Strong coordination and communication with subcontractors and project team.
• Able to monitor site progress and ensure schedule and quality.

Responsibilities

• Check and study architectural drawings before disseminating information to subcontractors and workers.
• Liaise with respective subcontractors on work methods and sequencing.
• Coordinate and monitor the progress and quality of workmanship, ensuring compliance with contract requirements.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety provisions at site working areas for subcontractors and workers.
• Assist in manpower and resource scheduling and deployment, including daily man-hours returns and coordination of site-related issues.
• Coordinate and monitor the availability and timely delivery of materials and equipment required to complete construction works within the schedule.
• Supervise subcontractors’ works and ensure all works are carried out in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and quality requirements.
• Adhere to all safety practices and requirements in the workplace.
