Responsibilities

Oversee daily construction activities and align with project plans and schedules.
Monitor progress and adjust to meet deadlines.
Ensure site safety, organization, and regulatory compliance.
Supervise workers and subcontractors on site.
Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders.
Maintain site records, permits, and progress reports.
Identify issues and implement corrective actions.
Report daily progress to the Manager.
Coordinate delivery and use of materials and tools.
Ensure proper utilization of resources and cost control.
Conduct regular site meetings and safety briefings.
Any other duties assigned by management.
