Job summary

OUS Group of Companies seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations across mining-site locations in Malaysia. You will manage receipt, storage, issue and dispatch of materials, ensuring accuracy and adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and company policies.

The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse or inventory operations, strong integrity, and familiarity with ERP/WMS systems. Willingness to travel between 5 sites is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
3–5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse or inventory operations.
Proven supervisory experience managing frontline staff.
Strong integrity, discipline and accountability.
Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems and basic reporting tools.
Willingness to be based at mining sites and travel between 5 sites as required.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse activities: receiving, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and company policies.
Monitor staff performance to prevent negligence, theft, and misconduct.
Verify stock records, reconcile discrepancies, escalate issues to management.
Prepare site-level reports on stock movement, manpower, and compliance.
Plan and allocate manpower; train and guide junior storekeepers.
Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and Operations to ensure smooth material flow.
Enforce safety regulations and internal controls.
