Job summary

TC Boy Marketing Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee dual-site distribution in Malaysia (Selangor and Penang). You will lead day-to-day fulfilment, standardize processes, drive WMS adoption, and optimize facilities while managing a workforce across three core groups.

The role requires 8–12+ years of leadership in warehouse operations, hands-on WMS experience, and strong compliance knowledge in Malaysia. English and Bahasa Malaysia fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years in warehouse management or distribution operations.
