Job summary

Monroe Consulting Group, in partnership with an organisation in the Industrial sector, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor based in Port Klang, Malaysia. You will lead, organise and supervise warehouse operations to ensure safe storage, accurate inventory, and efficient distribution of goods.

You will coach warehouse staff, manage inbound/outbound movements, conduct stock takes, and uphold Health & Safety policies across the site, delivering high standards of service and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a warehouse supervisory role, preferably in PKFZ.
• Demonstrable hands-on experience in warehouse operations.
• Forklift license is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise hub warehouse staff, ensuring clear responsibilities and performance support.
• Coordinate daily communication and resource planning within the warehouse.
• Maintain stock integrity and process inbound/outbound shipments accurately.
• Champion site Health and Safety, log incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee stock movements, receipts from suppliers, and documentation.
• Coach and manage warehouse personnel in line with procedures.
• Ensure efficient warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, and packing.
• Lead regular stock takes to ensure accuracy and reduce waste.
