Job summary

CRBC SSLR is seeking a finance professional to support day-to-day accounting and project accounts at Sarawak sites. You will manage AP, AR, and GL, and conduct month-end close under guidance from the Finance Manager.

The role requires a Diploma/Bachelor's in Accounting or professional qualification, 1–2 years' experience, and strong Excel skills. On-site work in Sarawak is essential; construction industry exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or a professional qualification.
• 1–2 years of accounting experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Familiar with Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Proficient in accounting software and Excel.
• Strong English communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL).
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Process supplier invoices, staff claims, and petty cash.
• Prepare payment vouchers and cheques.
• Ensure timely payments to suppliers and subcontractors.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations monthly.
• Coordinate with related departments on accounting matters.
• Assist in SST/PCB tax filings and liaise with auditors.
• Inter-company billing and reconciliation.
• Maintain organized filing for audits and compliance.
