Job summary

Lim Seong Hai Capital Berhad is seeking dedicated accounting professionals to join our Finance team across construction, property development, and facilities management in Kuala Lumpur.

Roles offer exposure to AP, AR, and GL with duties including processing invoices and payments, month-end closing, and management reporting. Candidates should have a Diploma or Degree in Accounting and relevant experience, preferably with AutoCount software and F&B or facilities management exposure.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting/finance or related discipline.
• 2-3 years relevant experience for Accounts Executive; 4-6 years for Senior Accounts Executive.
• Hands-on experience in AP/AR/GL and familiar with AutoCount.
• Experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) or facilities management is preferred.
• Experience in tourism industries is an added advantage for KL Tower operations.

Responsibilities

This role offers exposure to a broad range of accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL), depending on your experience and strengths.

Key Responsibilities

Handle accounting functions in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), or General Ledger (GL)

Process invoices, payments, collections, and journal entries accurately and on a timely basis

Perform account reconciliations and maintain proper supporting documentation

Assist in month-end closing and preparation of management reports

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and internal controls

Support audit, tax, and statutory reporting requirements

Liaise with internal departments, vendors, customers, and external auditors

Participate in process improvement initiatives within the Finance Department

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline

Minimum:

2-3 years of relevant experience for Accounts Executive

4-6 years of relevant experience for Senior Accounts Executive

Hands-on experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), or General Ledger (GL)

Familiarity with AutoCount Accounting Software is preferred

Experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B), or facilities management is preferred
