RED POINT SIGNCRAFT SDN. BHD. in Perai, Penang, is seeking a Project Sales & Site Coordinator to bridge our sales, project management and on-site operations.

You will coordinate site visits, prepare proposals, manage timelines and client communications to ensure successful outcomes and customer satisfaction. The role requires prior experience in sales/project coordination within signage or construction, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales coordination, project coordination, or similar role within signage, construction, or service-based industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site visits, surveys, and assessments for signage projects to gather specifications.
• Liaise between clients, internal teams, and contractors to ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare detailed project proposals, quotations, and technical documentation based on client requirements and site specs.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time and in-budget completion.
• Manage site coordination activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and logistics for installation and execution.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to meet company standards and client expectations.
• Maintain project documentation including contracts, permits, drawings, and correspondence.
• Follow up with clients post-project to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
• Identify sales opportunities and support business development within assigned territory or client base.
• Prepare accurate reports and updates for management regarding project progress and sales pipeline.
