Private Advertiser in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a retail sales associate to deliver an outstanding customer experience while promoting our brand. You will build product knowledge and tailor recommendations to individual customers.

You'll meet sales targets, support visual merchandising, manage stock, and handle cashier duties. The role requires shift work including weekends and public holidays and a strong team spirit in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Candidates with full working rights for Malaysia and at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
• Enjoy talking to people and be at ease approaching customers and demonstrating our products.
• Able to work in shifts including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
• A strong team player and able to work in fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and promote the brand.
• Develop and maintain good product knowledge.
• Recommend product features and benefits to customers according to their needs.
• Meet store and personal sales targets and KPIs by providing an exceptional level of service in-store.
• Assist on visual merchandising, stock management and replenishment to keep outlet attractive.
• Follow procedures and policies and ensure work is carried out to standards.
• Follow the approved shift schedule by District Manager & Head of Department.
• Cashier duties: collect payments, scan products, and manage vouchers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform stock takes.
• Support team with additional projects as needed.
