The role includes cashier duties when needed and ensuring the store remains clean, organized, and appealing. Applicants should have SPM or equivalent, with experience in retail or customer service preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; higher qualifications are a plus.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate weights.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Promote products, provide product knowledge, and upsell to meet sales targets.
• Assist in unloading, organizing, and handling goods during stock arrivals.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organize shelves, and restock products.
• Ensure products are labeled and displayed at eye level.
• Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and report discrepancies.
• Assist in product displays and store promotions.
• Act as a replacement cashier when needed.
• Keep aisles and storerooms clean and organized; dispose of trash.
