What we're looking for

• Proven retail sales experience in a showroom or customer-facing environment, ideally within the Retail & Consumer Products sector
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage customers at all levels
• A genuine passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences
• Strong numeracy skills with competence in handling cash and card transactions accurately
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer literacy
• Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods whilst remaining energetic and attentive
• Reliability, punctuality and a professional demeanour at all times
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Malay and/or Mandarin is desirable
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays as required
