Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and professionally, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored product recommendations
• Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively to customers, highlighting key selling points and addressing customer queries
• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems whilst ensuring a smooth and efficient checkout experience
• Maintain a clean, well-organised and visually appealing showroom display, ensuring products are properly stocked and attractively presented
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets whilst maintaining high standards of customer service
• Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and courteously, resolving issues where possible or escalating appropriately
• Stay informed about current product lines, promotions and pricing to provide accurate information to customers
• Assist with inventory management, stock rotation and regular stocktaking activities as required
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive working environment and support collective sales goals
