Job summary

THANKS LIGHTING SDN. BHD. in Ipoh is seeking a Retail Lighting Consultant (Indoor Sales) to join our showroom team. If you have a good eye for design, enjoy communicating with people, and are motivated by sales results, this role offers a path for growth in lighting and interior styling.

You will greet walk-in customers, understand requirements, recommend products, and work towards individual and team sales targets. Fresh graduates with enthusiasm are welcome to apply and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service is required.
• Interest in lighting, home styling or interior design.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia; English and Mandarin are an advantage.
• Willing to work six days per week including weekends and selected public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers in the showroom.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Explain product features clearly and professionally.
• Prepare quotations and handle customer orders.
• Follow up with customers and sales enquiries.
• Maintain good customer service throughout the purchasing process.
• Learn and stay updated on product knowledge.
• Work with the sales and operations team.
• Achieve assigned individual and team sales targets.
